Indian Airforce Agniveervayu Intake 01/2027

Indian Airfoce has invited applications from unmarried indian male and female candidates for selection test for agniveervayu intake 01/2027 under agnipath scheme. Application is required to be filled only ONLINE by the candidates and detailed instructions to fill up the same are available at https://iafrecruitment.edcil.co.in. Only unmarried candidates (male & female) will be eligible for enrolment as Agniveervayu and they shall undertake not to marry during the defined engagement period of four years.

Fee Details:

Male/Female Rs 550/- plus 18% GST (Net Banking/ Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/ UPI)
Eligibility
Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognised Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).

OR

Passed Two years Vocational Course with non-vocational subject viz. Physics and Mathematics from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).

OR

Other than Science Subjects. Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/ subjects from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

OR

Passed two years Vocational Course from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50 marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).

Online Test for Science Subject:

Total duration of the online test shall be 60 minutes and shall comprise of Physics, Mathematics and English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus.

Online Test for Other than Science Subject:

Total duration of the online test shall be 45 minutes and shall comprise of English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).

Online Test for Science Subjects & Other than Science Subjects.

Total duration of the online test shall be 85 minutes and shall comprise of Physics, Mathematics and English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).

Marking pattern for online test :-

One mark for every correct answer.

Nil (0) marks for unattempted question.

0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT).:

Adaptability Test- I.

All candidates who pass the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) shall have to undertake Adaptability Test-I (objective type written test) which is to assess suitability of a candidate for employment in the Indian Air Force, which involves deployment in varied geographic terrain, weather and operational conditions.

Adaptability Test- II.

All candidates who pass Adaptability Test-I will have to undertake Adaptability Test-II as per policy in vogue. Adaptability Test-II is for selection of candidates who can adapt to the environment of the Indian Air Force and are able to adjust to the military way of life.
